  Decent workers, very poor management. Ordered a 4 pack of ignition cools, one was incorrect. Instead of replacing it with one they had the manager would only replace the 4 pack which had to be ordered, leaving me down a vehicle for a day. Very poor customer service.

  Went to the Zone and got the top rate customer service it's known for from a Homie Representative I hadn't seen in years . The West Tulsa hub is a great place to get what you need

  Store hours show to be open at 8am, its now 8:30 and no one here. They must work only when they choose. Thanks for wasting my time.

  Went and needed assistants renting an A/C vacuum and an employee was rather helpful, but he was backed up with a buyer at the cash register and did not have another employee to back him up due to fellow employee being on a "smoke break". The helpful employee went to go look for the coworker on his break and the other employee came and was very rude and very unhelpful. It most likely due to his smoke break being cut off. The employee was disrespectful, offered no help. Spoke to me as thought I was not comprehending what he was telling me. He repeated himself about 3 times, even after I showed understandment the first time. Again very rude and not very helpful. Will not be returning to this particular Autozone again.
