  When they're asked for the oil the guy looked up what I needed went to the back got distracted assisted another customer and it came back to the front counter without my product so I just left he lost out on a customer I'll just wait till tomorrow to pick up my stuff from a different AutoZone location. But I'm going to Walmart first to see if I can get a better price than them. Smh auto zone

  I give this store one star. mainly the manager George, what an individual, from lack of knowledge to straight up crook. I suggest that the D.A. start investigating this store specially the manager George about the bussiness practice. The inside back wall displays a huge banner that reads, "3 years Free Battery Replacement on all Duralast Gold Batteries", but getting Autozone to Honor their warranty is a different story. This individual George even have the nerve to attempt to convince me, according to him, that the 3 year Free battery Replacement does NOT apply to everyone... what a joke. he even try to squezze another $100.00 bucks out of me, if I wanted to exchanged it. so when the 3 years warranty dissapear, since still and currently advertised in your stores, come on Autozone. Lets be real , this type of transaction could be found illegal, predatory and plain out discriminatory in any court. I kept the battery, I refuse to settle by his insult offer of $25.00 off if
