These guys were great. My battery died at a store, I got a jump and Google told me there was an Auto Zone around the corner. I went in and told the manager my problem. He immediately had a service rep check the battery and he found it had a bad cell. I bought a new battery and he replaced it for me. Within 30 minutes my wife and I were back on the road. I don't know there names but they were a God sent. Again these guys were great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a new car battery here. The staff at this store are so friendly and accommodating. They gave me the tools so I could install it myself. I also took advantage of a 20% off coupon that they sent me via e-mail. Check out their website and join their loyalty club to take advantage of these savings. They'll even text the coupons to your phone.

The staff were fantastic here, especially Chere! Came in with a broken hydraulic floor jack and she was genuine in trying to help me with it. Outstanding customer service!! The gentleman she had help me was fantastic too, definitely will be giving my future business back to Autozone.

I went there because my battery was dying, I needed to have it checked. The lady that checked it was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained that yes the battery was dead and that she could replace it and here were my options. I chose the best option as batteries don't last long in Phoenix and I want it to last as long as possible. I paid her, she brought out the new battery, installed it, she asked me about putting the cream on it and the little pads on the battery post which I had her use. And I drove away with a fully charged brand new battery. The store was nice and clean, the people polite and attentive. I did not have to wait long in line, I think I was the second person. And I was in and out of there in 15 minutes.
