  I've never had a bad experience there. One of the employees had tried to save me some money from a dealer part, but it didn't end up working out. I'd recommend them.

  All my experiences at this AutoZone have been good, at worst. However, today I was absolutely blown away by the customer service I received from Derick (I'm not sure if that is how he spells it, though). I was so amazed at the customer service that I actually did the customer survey on the receipt which I never, ever do...and I only did it so I could tell them how amazing Derick was. I went in to buy new wiper blades and asked Derick for some advice about a very minor issue with my car. I told him what my mechanic had said about it, so he walked out to my car with me, looked at it, went inside and came back with his fix. He used some common sense ingenuity and provided a better, free fix that took no more than 2 minutes. I went back inside to pay for my blades and afterwards he walked back outside with me to put them on for me! For 10 years I have bought blades from AutoZone, this was the first time an associate put new blades on for me. It's certainly not necessary but, wow, talk about customer service! Derick shook my hand and told me to come back to tell him whether his fix worked or not - he seriously needs to be given a free vacation and a raise. THANK YOU DERICK!!!!!!!
