  Very rude everyone needs to turn them into the better business bureau it's a scam and the guy that answers the phone is ignorent

  This company is a scam. They refuse to cover 95% 0f their claims and have been reported to the government for fraud by multiple dealerships near me. I bought warranties on two vehicles for them and had my transmission go out and my air conditioning go out of which both were suppose to be covered with a $100.00 deductible fully. My service shop called them and filed a claim and all the appropriate paperwork. They told me repair shop to dismantle the transmission and air conditioning system so they could send a inspector out. When my repair shop asked them to what extent they wouldn't even return phone calls with answers. This whole process went on for weeks with no results and I finally ended up paying for it all myself to get my truck back on the road. I spoke with my attorney on the matter and he said try and call and work something out before filing a suite. I did just that and was completely blown off by the representative and got no where except for more angry and agitated. I ended up hanging up and call my attorney and am filing a suite as soon as possible. I spoke with my dealership I purchased the warranty through and they told me they have more than ten people going through the same thing and that's just one dealership. AUTO PRO Warranty Company, LLC is nothing more than scam artists and thieves.
