  Great experience! Got a great deal on F150 3.5 L Eco . Mary Monroe made my trade an excellent experience . Couldn't have found a better truck or deal anywhere else. Very pleased with trade and truck. Plenty power , great gas mileage . Thanks AutoNation and especially Mary Monroe !

  This is the worst dealership around. I have spent around $150,000.00 with them in the last 2 years. The first used F-450 was great. Then I made the mistake of buying a 2017 F-350 Platinum in February 2017. The turbo went out at 1600 mile, sunroof and back window leaked. The truck was in and out of the shop 6 times in 3 months. So I paid another $3000.00 to get another truck and get rid of the lemon. The new truck window leaked, front collision sensor went out. so I took it in for repairs. When I got it back the window was still leaking and the sensor didn't work. I called the dealerships Manager Shelby and left a voice mail to call me, still waiting. So I took it back in . They had it for over a week and fixed the leaking window but not the sensor. They left foot prints all over the doors, seat , dash and carpet. They blamed the glass co. Then they sent a email to Ford for help. Ford said it was my radar detector causing the problem. So instead of going back I ask them to send the email to me. When I read the email the dealership sent to Ford It said ( I WAS A ROYAL PAIN, AND HE WAS TIRED ME SAYING I PAID $95,000.00 FOR THE TRUCK OVER AND OVER AGAIN ) I paid over $85,000.00 not $95,000.00. I only talked to him 1 time, they are two faced and the email proves that. NEVER BUY FROM THEM , POOR SERVICE

  Fantastic buying experience! Johnny Hausner was my sales guy. Johnny listened to all my concerns and was able to find a solution for everything. Even after I decided not to purchase that day Johnny and I kept in contact for the next month or so and we finally found the perfect Focus. ( much nicer than I thought I could get my credit isn't the greatest). Also want to give a shout out to Manager Steve Thanks guys. I LOVE MY FOCUS!!!

  I looked Online for a car on Friday night. I found One that was big enough for my kids and I . Eric Victor emailed me but when I got There Eric Victor did not help me like I thought. Johnny helped me and he was awesome. Very friendly very professional very helpful. And I love My new car it’s absolutely amazing. THANK YOU JOHNNY!!!
