  I came into town to visit family for the weekend. I had a service light come on during my trip. I dropped by to see if they could help and although they were extremely busy the owner took personal interest in my safety and had a technician check it out. They provided phenomenal honest service. One of the best auto shop experiences ever. Highly recommend!

  Honest, trustworthy and well priced. Had my car assessed and repaired and never felt that I was taken for a ride. John, the owner, was professional and courteous.

  Had great success here. They do great work, communicate clearly and effectively, understand your financial abilities, make things right. Worked directly with Manager John. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with, breaks things down simply. I would use them again, and most likely will. These guys deserve the work I can not complete myself. Easily located off Cresent trail, ride your freakin bike there!

  These guys are complete jerks (I would use a stronger word here, but my review would likely be flagged). Avoid at all costs -- I wouldn't trust them with my electric toothbrush, let alone my car. I ordered mats for my BMW thru them, and left them there for a month and a half over the summer while I was moving, traveling and dealing with issues with my dog. When I went in to pick the mats up, they had returned the mats, refused to accept my payment, and aggressively berated me for not picking up the mats sooner. When I said I didn't want any drama, they told that if I didn't want any drama I should take my car elsewhere!!! They had a (beyond) horrible attitude to the point where I was very uncomfortable leaving my car there for fear that they would purposely mess with it. I've never experienced such poor customer treatment, and never seen grown men (or a business) act like this towards customers. I felt like I was back in high school. They may do OK work and know their stuff, but not worth the downside. Do yourself a favor and bring your car elsewhere (especially if you don't want to be threatened by someone when you are getting your car checked out). It will save you the headache!

  I've been going here for a few years to service my two older BMWs. Always great service, prices and advice--I highly recommend.
