::My wife and I were skeptical of these car lots. We went in to see a car advertised online. They pretty much gave us the lowest price they could do over the phone. When we arrived Rosa got the car for us, and sent us on a test drive. We loved the car and wanted to put a deposit down for them to hold it. After telling Rosa and Ahmen we were concerned it might not be big enough for our family he told us the deposit would be fully refundable if we did decide against it. Well, we did decide against it, so upon returning to collect our deposit, Ahmen informed us that he has no problems about our decision and that he prefers to get customers for life than just one sale. I haven't bought anything from him "yet", but I assured him that I will absolutely always check back when we are in the market and that all my family and friends will be informed of his excellent customer service. P.S. I Don't write reviews!!!!! But this time seemed extra special!
