  The cars seem decent at first but you learn to realize that there’s problems with it. They of course don’t wanna tell you that. Also their financial and insurance team is trash, called the insurance people like 5 times and I got a voicemail every time and they still haven’t contacted me. I’m gonna get out of their contract soon it sucks and go somewhere better. As soon as I posted my review my car was taken away, and I find that very interesting. It looks like they cant handle reviews or criticism against their company. Long story short, do not trust this company. As soon as I hanged up the phone and told them I was going to contact a lawyer for their illegal practices, they took off my account balance on my account, wow terrible place.

  Paid for my plates 12 days ago, they have yet to show up, and they sent it via USPS so there is no way to track them. Their best suggestion? Go spend more of my money (at a 3rd party MVD) for a duplicate plate, since they can't figure out logistics correctly. You don't have to be a business expert to seriously wonder who is running operations at this place. Nobody should ship license plates in a method (like usps) where you can't track their arrival.

  Make sure you request a copy of your account that shows how much of your car payments are applied against the principle portion of the debt, and how much they take in interest. When I requested a copy of my son's account history, I found that 75% of his car payments were not applied against the car loan. This means that his car loan balance will never go down and he will pay 3 times more than he contracted. These people are not only rude, but they are also theives. Unfortunately for them, I can afford a lawyer and i am going to get justice.

  I got a car off them it broke down with in the week I got it, it didn't start I was stranded in Chandler , they don't know what's wrong with the car , I tried to get my money back they told me call financial services, I called financial services they said talk to the sales man, for some reason these no manager there, I warn don't get a car from them. I just want my money back that's to long working on the car , how I am I goin to pay for the car and have no ride to work , I live on 23ave buckeye I work on Chandler bout to get fired missed to many days, I have no ride to work tomro
