::This is a valid review of this low end dealership, drove hours upon hours to see a Lexus, got there car was beat up and misfired real bad. Decided to call Lexus headquarters provide vin, just to find out the car was just traded in 2,000 miles ago because they couldn't pin point the misfire issue. Lexus then took the car to auction where auto liberty bought the car and is selling it , without disclosing the issues, if anyone would like I have a copy of the service report from Lexus of Alexandria where the car was , stay away. Not to mention they put 6 hard inquiries on my credit , smh

It took a couple of days to get my stuff together but the Salesman by the name of Jon he was so patient, honest, and understanding. He answered all the questions I had and everything!!!
