  Great service. From drop off to pick up it only took about three days. They even mentioned problems with my car that I didn't ask them to investigate which is always appreciated. Out of all places I've taken my BMW E30, this is the one I'll be returning to.

  Mercedes-Benz quality service at far less than Mercedes-Benz prices. No "politicians promises" here. They tell it as it is.

  I cannot stress enough how well I have been treated by this independent Mercedes/BMW shop. They are always fair and will not take advantage of you. I have nothing but good things to say, and will use them for service as long as I am in the DFW area.

  My family and I have been customers for 20 years. I wouldn't dream of allowing anyone else touch my Mercedes. The previous negative review is probably more a case of someone not understanding German efficiency. Viktor is a man of few words. He's straight-forward and honest. Some people can't handle that.
