  My service experience was above and beyond. I got a good deal on a nice vehicle. I had some delays but he was very patient and there was no rush. I didn't even have to put a deposit untill i was completely ready. Thank you Junior for excellent customer service.

  I will never go back and will never refer anybody here. I actually recommend you RUN the other way! they sold me a car that was totaled and repaired but somehow they were able to get a clean title for it. I was overcharged, they didn't go to the registry for me even though they charged me for it, the car has given me so many problems, and they are denying I even purchased it from them. Thank goodness I kept all of my paperwork. Avoid this place!!

  I was served by Mr. Junior, and he was very honest and helpful. There was a little problem in the car after I bought it, but he fix it for me with no question asked, also he finish fixing the car in the same day. I was amazed and satisfied.

  I got a truck from them and it took a while to pick it up.. Finally got my truck. I was promised a warranty but never got it just the 90 day even tho i was told 3 year warranty. I asked around and it seems like everyone had issues with this place. BAD CARS and BAD SERVICE. I now have to spend over $1,800.00 out of my own pocket for a repair. when I got the truck I asked them i need breaks and they said they put on new breaks and checked everything and it was fine. after the 90 days my AC blew after a long conversation they finally fixed it and had to pay $100.00. Now i have a problem with my rear breaking system and my emergency break plus other rear end problems that's gonna cost me over $1.800.00 out of my own pocket. the rust on the body witch i was told they fixed it and was mixed at an auto body shop, i know see the rust coming back, witch makes me they did a half ass job. I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy a used car at Auto Brokers in Somerville..I traded my old car for a used car. My car has problems witch I told them, all minor problems like no AC..I bet you who ever purchases my old car will purchase my old minor problems.. Auto Brokers of Somerville really screwed me ..*****PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE****

  DO NOT GO HERE! I am warning you all now, take your business and most importantly your money elsewhere. They stole my money from me, fired the sales person i worked with and said that is no longer there issue. Its been almost a year now for me fighting to get my money back and the owner has been nothing but rude. Yelling, cursing, being rude and hanging up on me several times (if he even answered at all). I dont think an honest true business man should/would treat potential customers this way. And im not the only one they have stolen from.. if it happened to me it can and will happen to you. Consider yourselves warned! There should be a negative star option cause they dont even deserve 1.
