  I had the windows and doors of a screened in porch replaced and a small deck built off the porch and stairs going down to a lower level of my yard. Initially I wasn't sure the deck and stairs would work because the space was small but Austin and his crew figured it out. They gave me reasonable estimates for the price as well as the timing and they kept to both cost and dates. As with any project there were a few unexpected problems but Austin and Heather were responsive and quickly made things right. They are professional and talented and I would recommend them.

  My husband and I had our kitchen completely remodeled almost 2 years ago and were lucky enough to work with Austin. We cannot say enough good things about Austin Fanning General Contractors. They were incredibly professional, fairly priced, very kind and always considerate. Austin himself, walked me through every single step of the way, as we kept adding onto our project. My brand new kitchen is simply amazing and exceeded our every expectation. There is no one else we would ever consider using for a home remodel. We're looking forward to using them for our next project!!

  We absolutely love Austin's work! He is so thorough and meticulous and was constantly attentive to our needs. He was very open to feedback. Heather was awesome with the accounting! We just loved them. First-class!
