  My family has been seeing Dr. Yi since he first opened his Fairfax practice and can only say positive things about him and his staff. Not only is he friendly but he is very good at what he does. If you look around his waiting area you’ll see all the awards and plaques. Once you meet him and he works on your dental needs you’ll know why.

  I have been leaving reviews for Aura Dentistry left and right and was shocked to discover I never wrote one on their own site. I have been a patient of Dr. Tehrani and Dr. Yi for many years now and have had all kinds of work done - crowns (including front teeth), implants, root canals, extractions, fillings, cleaning, etc. A few years ago, I introduced my son and husband to Aura Dentistry and now they have become regular patients as well. Dr. Tehrani's and Dr. Yi's level of competence and professionalism is truly exceptional. They both bring a unique set of skills to this office and they know who needs to get involved with what type of work. They are also extremely humble; even though they are both highly educated and experienced (Dr. Tehrani is a graduate-prepared prosthodontics specialist and Dr. Yi specializes in root canals), they do not hesitate to refer you to other specialists, when appropriate. In spite of the many types of dental work I have had done, I have never experienced discomfort during a procedure. They are always very gentle and considerate. I also love their cheerful personalities, accessibility, and lack of pretense. Most importantly, they are both exceptionally kind people and genuinely care for others, especially their patients. Finally, I can't say enough about Mehnaz, their billing specialist. She has been instrumental in managing my insurance policy and billing so that every portion of my policy gets utilized. She helps me plan my dental work ahead of time so that I am using my insurance and HSA appropriately. She follows through on every request/task I put in front of her, relative to billing. She is just as amazing as Dr. Tehrani and Dr. Yi. I love Aura and I can't imagine ever going to anyone else for my dental health.

  Dr. Tehrani is always very gentle and does an amazing job! I recommend her for any of your dental needs. Her and her team are the best. I've had cleanings; deep cleanings; bleaching; Invisaline braces; and sealant done by her and I've always had the best results.

  I have had the pleasure to see both Dr. Tehrani and Dr. Yi. They are both absolutely wonderful and genuinely care about their patients. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist. You will not be disappointed.
