  They have good pretzel hot dogs, but it was a little burnt and the staff don't seem to know english.

  Great products, love the pepperoni pretzels. Staff isn't too friendly but still the pretzels are good and location is pretty clean. Get them when they're fresh!

  The pretzels here are by far my favorite but the employees have zero customer service skills. They are not welcoming and are rude. They need an entire new staff ASAP.

  Went to get a pretzel - the employees had no respect and were rude to me and my girlfriend. Wouldn't help us and a worker in the back started snapping rude remarks twords us. The pretzel itself was good but I will never be eating here again. I defiantly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
