  Excellent service! My Audi has been in several times and I've found the staff unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable. The work on my car has been excellent. The service representatives communicate progress; I never have to "chase down" people to find out about the progress of the repair.

  Best service ever just went in for a free air bag recall and didn't buy my car there but they treated me with the upmost respect and dignity I would highly recommend them. I got treated the same as the others who had a brand new car not a 2006 and ones who had purchased thru them. I will definitely make the 7 hour journey to take my car to this specific dealership due to the quality of customer service, the free rental car, and free snacks and beverages that were all offered to me. Hands down best service ever!!!

  I live in phoenix found a car on line from this dealership negotiated the price bought a plane ticket. Arrived car was ready for a test drive they had all the paperwork ready I was in and out in about 3 hours. No surprises I would buy from this dealership again the people were very nice and did everything they said they would do.

  Just got my A4. I contacted the dealership first over the phone and Alex had a reasonable quote ready for me when I went in. I had already done my research so I booked the car right then. The entire experience with Alex was pleasant, fast and pressure free. He took time demonstrating the vehicle after he sold it, answered my questions, gave his personal recommendations on maintenance and promised me a followup call as I drove off with the car.

  Very good price on a great certified pre-owned car. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, very helpful, very patient, and everyone stayed late to close our deal well past closing time. We love our car and would buy again from Audi Seattle.
