  I’ve worked with these guys many times. Johnathan is great and knows what he’s doing - always works with me. One of the best dealerships in Arizona. Although you pay dealership costs, you definitely get what you pay for out of it. UPDATE: 5 Stars to 1 Star Dear Audi Chandler, Last time I came in to get my lower control arm bushings replaced, my car came out with a deep scratch on it behind the fuel door. I called back and got that “touched up” which was good enough but not perfect, but I’m honest and not going to have you repaint a whole panel for free. Then I had a metal clank noise when turning my wheel which seemed fine on the way out, but then returned after all suspension parts were “torqued to spec” as the sales advisor put it, after having them check it out after service. Then today I go to check my tire pressure and I find my carbon fiber pressure caps gone and replaced with standard plastic black caps. As a several-year-long customer who has actually been pretty satisfied for the past several years, I would like to congratulate you in losing my business. Never coming back here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Theft on more than one level - prices, and car parts. Sincerely, Alex - 2010 A5 Cab owner

  Internet sales Kevin Gray was amazing!!! I recommended you call first and ask to speak with him before going in to look. He made the process stress free and was very patient with us! also he’s such a gentleman and assures you have water/coffee and that you’re 100% comfortable (which is important especially for young buyers) definitely will be going back for another vehicle in the future.   I really wanted to give this dealership 5 stars. I bought the car from out of state and had it transported to NV. The car is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Scot was very helpful and kept me up to date on the status of my car. The issues I have had are with the financing department. I have send countless emails and voicemails with no response from the finance rep handling my purchase. The Audi dealership here in Henderson has always been top notch so I expected more from Audi Chandler. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Apparently, once they get your money, you are no longer of importance!

  Great experience with Audi Chandler. Adora is absolutely the best sales person. We have dealt with other car dealers in past, but the experience was delightful working with Adora. She was very respectful of our time and made the process quick and easy for us. She makes very effort to make you feel comfortable about your purchase without being overpowering. And she gave us one of the best deals!!! Would definitely go back if buying another Audi in future.
