Honestly wish I could give zero stars! Never been so dissatisfied with a company or location. Took my car in to get something fixed that is clearly stated in the CPO warranty should be covered. Should have been an $85 trip charge and problem solved. Nope cost me $270 and problem not “covered by warranty” and not fixed the fix is $700 $270 was just to look at it? Spoke to Audi USA customer service and they say it’s covered but now the “Dealership” won’t respond to them to discuss the issue.. I used to brag about Audi now because of Audi of Arlington I won’t ever speak positively about them again. I will say Audi Chantilly and Audi of Tyson’s have always treated me GREAT! It’s a shame one dealership can ruin everything. Should have read the google reviews before I took it to them seems like an ongoing issue. When I paid and ask why the $270 the guy just said sorry you feel we “deceived” you.. apperantly he is used to my reaction..

Overall experience was outstanding. Not only did I feel like Josh was listening to what I had to say but he provided honest feedback and his suggestions were great. I didn't feel pressured to make a rash decision but rather it was stressed over and over that it meant more to him that I find the right car. While not driving an Audi (yet), I hope to be soon and look forward to working with Josh and the Audi Arlington team.

I'm sure the experience of buying a car here is quite good, but when it comes time for maintenance, they will try to take you to the cleaners every time (unless you're leasing a car, then you probably won't have to worry about it). Visiting this place is emotionally similar to going to your primary doctor for a checkup and then being told that you need surprise surgery. For five years--across two continents and three US states--I had no issues with my Audi before I started taking it to this dealership, and I didn't have service departments telling me that I needed to cough up several thousand dollars every time I visit them. Of course, the car could just be getting old, but the correlation is interesting. In 2016, I needed a scheduled service. The representative later told me that my tires were worn and I needed to give the dealership $3000 for new tires. I had just put new tires on that car 3 months before and I don't take it to the track. In 2017, my oil warning said it needed an oil change; the truth was that the sensor needed a reset, so it was a $200 job to push the reset button. That day, I put more labor into bringing them my car than they put into "maintenance." Later in 2017, I took the car back in for a major service which cost around $1600 and was soon followed by months of the electrical system telling me that the car was losing oil (it wasn't), that my brakes had failed (they didn't but it was a thrilling moment on I-495 the first time it happened), and that the engine was generally in bad shape (there's no evidence of that). It would be another $200 to reset the sensors. Is it unreasonable to expect that after two days in the shop and $1600, the service department could stand behind their work? Today after a minor service, I was informed that my brakes needed to be replaced at a cost of $2400. This dealership's track record for honesty leads me to conclude that it's probably not a real problem right now. So next year I will be purchasing the brakes for around $500 and replacing them myself. They have pretty good coffee and you can buy Audi socks there, so that's cool.

Thank you, Audi Arlington! You helped make my dream come true! I finally own an Audi A4 2.0T - a superb vehicle! My customer service experience was EXCELLENT; working with Jesse, Mohammad, and Kat was an absolute pleasure. They were very helpful, informative, and excited right along with me! I have done significant research on vehicles - comfort, reliability, economy, longevity, and serviceability, and this is where I ended up - I am so happy I did! I highly recommend buying Audi vehicles and from this spectacular team at Audi Arlington!
