  Everything in the store is great. The service is great and so is the selection of jewelry they have to offer would visit again. Especially Jenna the receptionist she was very patient with me and was very thorough when it came to informing me about the process.

  Don’t recommend for military personnel they lure young fresh Out of boot camp marines and sailors. Bought a ring here for my wife everything was going okay but then I called 3 weeks ahead telling them I was switching banks and to please not charge the accounts yet because I do not know which one my direct deposit is going into they proceeded to say that was fine then charged the wrong card on the 27th when my payments are due the 1st. Look at the yelp reviews not the fake ones they have people put on here.

  I came outta nowhere going to a new mall and found out that I’m part of the armed forces. Not only did they teach me about credit but I got a great gift for my mom and I have great looking watch that makes since with my skin color! Daniel will be your main man for the job! If you get him, you’ll going to have a good time!

  My husband had my engagement ring custom made at AG jewelers and then came back to have my wedding band custom fit to my ring as well. My ring is beautiful and between my husband and AG it all turned out beautiful. Recently a couple of weeks ago I noticed that my wedding band was missing a diamond. I called AG and they stated I could bring it in right away and they’d send it off to be repaired and all my prongs tightened. My ring also has a lifetime warranty to cover such issues, which is a huge relief. So, yesterday I called the store to see if my ring was ready for pick up. A VERY welcoming and friendly woman named Darcy answered the phone. She stated it looks like my ring had been polished and all but the diamond still needed to be replaced. She stated she was unsure how or why that happened but that she would call the owner and get back to me. About five minutes later she gets back to me and told me that she will personally take my ring on HER lunch break so it can be repaired by the next day or the latest being Monday. I was SUPER SUPER SUPER impressed by this as she did not need to do that. Then this afternoon I receive a call that my ring was done and ready for pick up. I got my precious baby back and it is looking GREAT. I would recommend AG to anyone, as well as asking for Darcy for any assistance as she will go the extra mile for you!! She was truly genuine in the process of getting me my ring back.
