Phones and tablets. Don't know about prices. As non American nearly impossible to buy as most is on contract.

This store is the worst I have ever seen so far! And of course at&t sucks! No question about their bad service and sneaky phony gimmicks. The sales person their sold me Direct TV and quoted me a price- when bill came, it was way higher... I came back to him.. he now doesn’t know me and the store doesn’t want to deal with it.. now I have to call direct TV... direct TV is way worse than at&t. It is so bad... don’t do business with them

Absolutely incompetent employees. Lazy, inexperienced, and arrogant. The manager is as useless as the rest of them. They even had a sexualy explicit movie going in the showroom. What a joke. Avoid this location.

I was helped by Cristopher( I may not remember the name correctly) and a lot more helpful than other att store near my work in metro center. I would definitely look for him again. Thanks!

I bought a phone case yesterday that did not work—life proof took on water—so came back for a quick exchange. Waited for 10 minutes w/ no sales people in sight. Then overheard someone talk about signing in. Once I identified a customer service rep, I got the third degree to be added to the ...I am now #3 after waiting for 20 minutes. People are setting up phone services, which takes time, I get it. We just need to return something--simple transaction. Why can’t one person conduct a 2 min exchange transaction. Worst run store I’ve ever been in. Addendum: 45 minutes later, I finally asked if someone could process a return and they refused to take the product back because "we don't take back defective merchandise." This is 100% incorrect. The store HAS to take back the product w/in 14 days of return--after that, customers have to work through the company supplier. They refused to allow me to exchange the product, so I left and contacted the company and they are sending me a new product and will contact the store as well. Again, worst run store.
