  Helpful staff gave me all the info I needed. Could be a bit more organized. I felt like I was being ignored until I interrupted a sales staff member who hadn't seemed to notice me.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Went in to upgrade my phone and the entire time the sales representative was on her phone. All she did was ask what I would like to do and I told her I would like to upgrade my phone, from that point she went on the tablet and told me how much the tax would be I told her ok sure from that point she was on her phone. I sat there for a few minutes waiting for her to get off the phone and assist me which she didn't. I walked away and made a complaint to her manager and let her know the service I got and how displeased I was and left without getting my upgrade. HORRIBLY SERVICE!!!!!

  Just arrived in NY from Sydney and needed a prepaid SIM for my iPhone 5. Did a bit of research and visited the AT&T shop knowing what I wanted and, importantly, that my phone was unlocked. Was assisted by Kerry who was very helpful and pleasant. He quickly had my prepaid account set up and working, which was a great help as we wandered for miles today exploring Brooklyn. Thanks again Kerry!
