  I don’t know but over all experience and environment of this place was not really good ,wouldn’t recommend it when u in hurry . I don’t like how u have to tell your name to the fat guy ( moody , frowned) in front who was not helpful at all

  HORRIBLE service!! All I wanted to do was pay off the rest of my phone so I could get an upgrade. Enriqua added another line to my account and totally messed up my bill. I've been trying all week to get this resolved but NO ONE answers the phone over there (I have now spent almost 45 minutes trying to call them) and they keep telling me that the person I worked with isn't working that day. Do NOT go to this store. There are plenty of other AT&T stores around to go to that are better.

  Lied last December told me I would get a 300 dollar credit for trading in my old phone and also told me I would get a free iPhone 8 on top of my purchase of an iPhone X and Apple Watch I have spent hours every month dealing with their fraud department it’s been almost 6 months stay away from this branch especially and if you see a sales rep named Enrique avoid her lied thru her teeth they even put an iPad in my name I didn’t lease! It’s been a host of issues! Disgusting I’m still dealing with it

  Terrible service that fraudulently told me I was able to return the iPhone case and cover he sold me. What’s worse is they said they would do nothing for me! Calling AT&T customer service today to see if they can do anything..

  I was concerned after reading the reviews on whether this store would help us switch to a cheaper prepaid plan. Luckily I met Savannah who did do a great job and set us up with a great plan to suit our needs of call, text and data. Happy we came!!
