  I was having a problem with my phone eating data and I did not know how to stop it. I went in to find out what I was doing wrong and how to slow down using data and try to get some help and advice. Apparently the manager had to come out of the back room from lunch or something, to help out the front because there was only one other person servicing people and two other customers, three counting myself. He (Marshall) was very short with me and did not explain anything and just kept saying you are using your data, and I kept asking how and he said he didn't know, this went on for a good five minutes. He wasn't looking at anything and trying to figure anything out. He only offered to sell me more data and not explain anything. Obviously he wanted me to leave or buy more data so he could get back to whatever he was doing. I went to a different store and it was TOTALLY different. The guy was VERY helpful and explained what was going on. If Marshall did not know why my phone was using data, then I don't think he should be in a manger's position. He provided ABSOLUTELY no customer service whatsoever. I will NEVER return to that store as long as he is there.
