  Sold me a product that was supposed to make my bill $20 a month more. Ended up was lied too took my phone bill from $100 a month to $240 a month. If I wanted a car payment. I would have went to KIA.

  If you get a very good sales rep you’ll get awesome service. However, it just seems anybody that attempts to talk to people will be hired there.

  This location has some of the brightest, and most knowledgeable people I've delt with out of several stores. They greet you and open the door for you and are eager to get you in and out addressing all your needs. I will be coming to Lake Worth for now on. Best experience.

  Horrible costumer service from the manger and also sales person. They activated a phone line when I told the person not to activate it. They never mentioned it either. Had to find out after I left that they screwed up. They never apologized when it was brought to their attention. Ironically blamed me for picking up the device in which they stated “since you picked up the device it is automatically activated”. Spoke with customer service 611 told them what the manager told me and 611 mentioned to me that the manager was incorrect. The manager and floor people have no clue what they are talking about or doing. They don’t listen or pay attention to what they are doing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
