  Ordered a phone & set up a appointment time @ the retail store on Stephanie online. Sara helped set up the new phone & had me in & out quickly. I highly recommend scheduling a appointment on line beforehand because this location is usually busy.

  If you go here, ask for Sierra. She is amazing and very helpful and honest. Appreciated her demeanor and her willingness to have time for me and my family. I have had the worst experiences at the horizon store. When my upgrade is due, i will be back and hope to have her assistance again. Thank you Sierra!! Keep being you!! Tara C.

  I was duped into switching to AT&T from Sprint by friends and I totally regret it. I'm not sure if it's just in my area or what but the service is absolutely terrible around my home and most places in Henderson and Las Vegas. I drop calls constantly and have very poor data speeds. Sprint worked much better for me and was a better value....that's my honest opinion.

  Worst experience ever! I went in wanting to get 2 iPhone X’s and to upgrade my account. I went on a particularly busy day which I completely understood so I put my name down on the wait list and waited. After 30 minutes of waiting I got a little frustrated and asked an employee for an estimated time and apparently my name was not on the list? He put my name down when I walked in so I was confused to how my name was not on the waitlist. The employee had the audacity to say, “I’ll put you on the list it will be about another 30-45 minute wait”. Like seriously? You saw me waiting already. You couldn’t just bump me up to the top of the list? I have been a loyal customer to AT&T for many years and never paid a bill late. All because of this particular store and horrible customer service I walked right out and decided to open new services with Verizon which I ended up purchasing 4 iPhone X’s from that same day. Yes, I decided to close my account from AT&T all because of this store.

  They guy that took my name kept staring at me all awkwardly, he didn’t tell me how long it will be or to have a seat or look around he just stood in front of me. It was super weird. I looked around for a bit and noticed workers talking and laughing with each other and a lot of people waiting. 7 people before me to be exact. With two workers talking and laughing. One sitting looking around. And a name taker who I keep catching staring at me. I asked the chick sitting by herself how long I’ll have to wait, she said like 30 min. There’s 7 groups of people before me. I left. I’ll find another att store. The first time I went here it sucked as well....
