    They are incompetent, arrogant and rude. It took me 5 hours to buy stuff that should have taken no more than one or two hours, because the first hour I sat waiting for the sales person who was dealing with a Brinks trunk collecting money. (I had made an appointment.) Then he spent the next 2 hours trying to sell me all these accessories and plans and insurance that I didn't need and the plans were much higher in price than I was told by att customer care, totally contradicting what I had been told. And then regarding insurance, told me it was only $9 a month on a $1,200 device, but he didn't tell me there was a $226 deductible. When I found that out and didn't want it, he claimed he couldn't remove it but I had to waste more time calling customer care to get it removed. Then after spending all this money another hour was wasted because my phone didn't properly activate, and he blamed me for having to spend 5 hours, when it was the incompetence and misinformation of pricing that caused all the time. Then after spending $1,700, I realized I didn't need or want a $169 accessory and wanted to return it, I was told I had to go to the end of the line and wait another hour. Y\That is arrogance and disgraceful way to be treated after spending so much money. Take your business elsewhere.

    I wanted to switch from Verizon to a GSM network. I visited this place and didn't feel welcome or comfortable here. The employee didn't have patience to explain me their plans or the phones they are selling. They couldn't even give me a price of any potential plan I could choose from. Also the place was so loud, they were blasting music to the roof. Sorry AT&T but not for me.

    Worst possible service . I bought a Galaxy Gear s3 and after 3 months a button fell off. I was directed by AT&T to go to the store because they will help me . Soon as i got to the store they didn't help me telling me to call at&t warranty. I call at&t warranty and after 45 minutes on the phone when they wanted to sell me more service instead of helping me with the device that is still pay for i was told i have to call Samsung warranty. Call Samsung warranty and apparently i have to go out of my way to send the device for service and be without it( but still continue to make payments on a deffective device) Why selling a device and don't provide support for it? Why do you make your costumers go through hoops and loops to resolve and issue that you couldn't have prevented by checking the quality of the device's you are selling? Why is the client the one who have to doo all the work and pay your salary in the same time ? Have AT&T reach the number of clients when you don't care if you lose one? Based on my experience from new on i will encourage everyone to avoid going with at&t since they only want to make money and care less about the client

    Nothing better than to call and ask if they have something in stock and being lied tooooooo. Specifically asked them how long it would take to get new upgrade, Mitch said 10-15. I told him I'd be there in 20 mins. Made it in less than 10 and guess what Mitch said....sorry my coworker just sold it, but i have this other model. I had to walk out without saying a word. Timing doesn't match and the best part is called the other AT&T Store in Bethesda and guess what the very nice lady told me, we don't have it but we can order it for you for delivery tomorrow. She's got my business. I will remove the Friendship Heights store off my to go to list when I need something. Bethesda and DC (Metro Center) far excellent service than this store. :(

    Excellent experience. We came to the store to switch service from a different provider, and Ahmed and Alex went out of their way to make she we were fully satisfied with our new service. Kudos for outstanding customer service.
