  It's not the employees fault but att is a really bad company that just overcharges.

  Terrible service! I walked in and they were hanging out on their personal phones. They offered me help then ignored the fact that I told them I had already talked to their customer service over the phone three times already, they had informed me to go in and just get a new SIM card in store so it could be set up. He proceeded to call them and tell them everything I already had this morning and started asking me the same questions I had already answered this morning. What's the point of being in the store if you are just gonna call customer service the same way I already have. They don't care to listen or pay attention. They are more worried about playing with their own phones.

  Best experience I’ve had purchasing a phone. Walked right and in and was immediately assisted. Didn’t feel like I was being scammed like most phone purchases I’ve made in the past. David helped me and made sure my new phone was set up properly and I felt comfortable with it before moving on.

  I would this store a negative review if I could. Every time I have went into this store I have left frustrated and without having received any help at all. It is essentially a boys' club where the employees try to get you out the door as quickly as possible so that they can go back to watching football on the flat screen TV. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  I felt welcome even before walking in the store. The greeter held the door for me and got me checked in. They were busy, but I recieved help within moments. Steve was the one to help me. I really appreciated his professionalism, and I felt he was incredibly knowledgeable. He helped me troubleshoot a problem I didn't even realize I had. If I can't get my problem fixed with Apple, I'll definitely be going back to this AT&T to get my new phone from them. Each of the employees seemed genuinely happy and I'd be happy to receive service from any of them.
