  Came into the store on a Friday evening to upgrade my iPhone. I tried calling the store first to see what their stock was, but there was no answer. We walked down to the store (10 minutes later) and it was totally empty with two employees present. I'm not sure why no one answered my call. Had they answered the phone, we would have known not to waste our time coming in with something they couldn't help us with. The employee who helped us was fine at first, but became extremely defensive and rude when I asked basic questions (like the price difference between two phones). He insisted that it is impossible to buy an iPhone in person at any retailer, and he would have to order it for me to be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. Knowing people who work at Best Buy, I know this to be untrue. He also repeatedly told me that he wasn't lying, which felt slimy and too similar to a used car salesman technique. When we tried to leave the store, another employee yelled after us that only he could save us the $45 upgrade fee. Upon the leaving the store, we called another at&t store, where they cheerfully informed us that they had iPhones available and in stock and would be happy to assist us tomorrow.
