  The staff at this location are rude and unaware of their own corporate policies. In order to operate effectively, the management at this store would have to be replaced from top to bottom.

  Awesome staff. Chris is the best. If you need help with a phone or your plan, definitely ask for Chris.

  This store has the most unhelpful lazy staff. I am speaking from my two bad experience. I was turned away twice with no help on my issues. I will never return to this same store to waste my time in the future. Park ave one close by is much better. I tried.

  Was closing my recently deceased mother's account and they tried to tell me that I must give them her phone - when it fact it was almost paid off (just ~$70 left on installment plan). I had to argue with them until they agreed to let me pay off the balance and keep the phone.

  These guys are the best. Shamel heard me out and made sure I got what I was looking for and also directed me to his manager, Sal. They were both friendly and probably the best costumer service I've ever gotten from any business. They knew I had just walked from an AT&T shop that was closed and offered me some water and made sure I got my phone working. So happy to have come here and not anywhere else. I thought they'd be busy because it's so close to Grand Central but knowing so they treat every costumer the best they can! Thank you, Gents!
