  I've had to submit 2 complaints to the BBB because of the terrible customer service at this store. Don't go here! I tried to upgrade my phone. They didn't set it up with me in store. Once I got home it was the wrong phone. I tried to get the correct phone and they insisted on charging me a $45 restocking fee despite the fact that it was their mistake. had to call corporate to get the correct phone from a different location and a $45 refund. Before that incident, they sold me phone insurance. but when I tried to use it 2 months later, they insisted that the area we live in is not covered by the insurance. when we asked for a refund for the insurance, they refused. We also had to resolve this with corporate.

  Went in today for an upgrade on my phone. Christian was super helpful and knowledgeable. There was even a promo going on that landed me with a new iPad mini! Great experience, couldn't have gone any better.

  I have never been here before but I gave 1 star to this store just because of the review of Google map. Thanks for the honest reviews.

  I wish I could give this store 0 stars! I got their buy one get one phone promo in December and after waiting the 3 months for my credit AT&T informs me that I had received the wrong phones!!! I'm not a sales person I purchased what they said was part of the promo!!!! After venting put on social media Dan from marketing fixed the issue without help from their new store manager Gabe, who has refused to call me back after I have left multiple messages and giving him an opportunity to earn my business back!!! He's done a terrible job and doesn't deserve to be in his position if he can't face his customer especially when his employees mess up!!!! I intend on continuing my complaint further and further until I get a response! The least he could do is call and follow up!
