::Such a Carrier that can’t afford a piece of plastic to his costumers. I want there on 02/28/18 to get that extra plastic around a Sim card since I have a Nano Sim and I want to use it with my other phone that support a Micro Sim. So when I asked an employee and explain her, she said that I have to buy it somewhere else cause they don’t have it anymore and I only can get it when purchase an at&t phone!... Anyway I want to another at&t location and they just gave it to me with no comments. NB: I’m on $45/Mo at&t Prepaid Plan

::This location Racially profiled my son. As he was patiently waiting for the Sales Rep that had helped him the day before, a woman told him "Not to Steal" because they know what people look like when they steal. What type of person & establishment feels it professional and respectful to tell a customer they know they are going to steal because of the way they look. My son is a College student with two jobs and would never steal. We have had our AT&T service for 4+ years and will be cancelling due to the disrespectful, unprofessional and racist treatment my son received at this store. We also will be contacting Corporate and pursuing legal action as there were witness's in the store. My son was humiliated.
