  These guys lied to my dad's face saying they only do a soft inquiry on credit checks. Don't know why they didn't just tell the truth and say it was a hard inquiry.

  Worst experience ever! We had to wait over an hour. While waiting, the TV was blaring and getting annoying. I asked Nicole Lewis to please mute it. She proceeded to start up another speaker blaring music. This woman is the most ignorant, rude customer service person I have ever met. She should be terminated by AT&T.

  I was trying to unlock my phone but keep getting error. So I went to this store and the guy told me we can't help you and pay to the third party to unlock your phone or buy a new one. Phone is totally paid-off. I tried to explain the problem to that guy and he kept saying call technical support. The worst customer service.

  If I could give this store zero stars I would. I sat and waiting for a FULL HOUR WITHOUT BEING ACKNOWLEDGED. After a full hour of waiting I asked them how much longer it was going to take and they said another 20 minutes. I understand that whatever they were setting up for another customer took a while but at least say hello and let me know it's going to take AN HOUR AND A HALF until I'm helped. I'm super disappointed and unsatisfied with the service and I switched over a month ago. They're really making me regret that choice.

  I went to this location hoping to purchase the new iWatch after experiencing subpar customer service at two nearby locations. I am very happy and possibly better off that I did. Juan L., the gentleman who helped me out today was exceptional! He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and even managed to lower my monthly payments! Highly recommend and thank you, Juan! You're awesome brother.
