  I went back to the AT&T store because I thought my scene protector was warranted through the store. It wasn't explained to me until I went back last week to get a new screen protector due to my current one breaking. The employees at AT&T explained to me that I was supposed to register the screen protector on the manufacturer's website or buy a new one for $50.00. I'm not sure if the registration went through yet nor do I know if I can get a manufacturer's replacement. I'm kind of unhappy with the AT&T store not explaining the registration of the screen protector when I originally bought the product. I would have been 100% happy with my experience if the registration of all the extra accessories I purchased at the time of my original purchase. It was a lot of money to get my new phone and the accessories. These are points I'd have been very interested in. Other than that, I love AT&T and the service I get and the awesome phone I originally purchased.

  Worse store ever I met before. Before I visited this store, I asked AT&T by telephone. They told me that I should visit the store, and I went to the store to solve my problem. But the store staff did not know how to solve my problem, and the problem was not solved in the store. Also, they excused that the telephone agent did not know well. The store staff do not know their jobs. If you have a problem to solve, I recommend going to another store. If you visit this store to solve your problem, you are throwing away your time and money.

  Staff at this store are both helpful and knowledgeable. I have shopped here for several years now and I'm consistently pleased with their customer service. Little to no wait time combined with staff who work hard to make customers happy.
