  Not a good experience...staying with my current carrier due to the lack of confidence in this company...they contradicted everything that was supposed to be already set...all I was supposed to do was pick up two new phones for an account already set up...get there and did a lot of waiting and only to be told it would cost me around $600 more than expected because his iPad told him so...because he kept turning it around to show me that’s what it said and he had no choice...so by AT&T!

  The customer servive representatives are freindly enough but they are not very helpful. They checked my phone to see why it was using up all my data within a week. They told me not to worry as rhe just upgraded my data service and would not charge me for overages, which does not solve the problem, just delays the situation.
