  Andie, who gave me proactive friendly customer service, helped me pick out my new phone when I came in this morning. She made me feel very relaxed and welcomed me into the store. I could tell she was a very diligent worker for AT&T. Highly recommend to hire more employees like Andie!!!

  Purchased a new phone X and informed Paris, my sales rep that I had too many things going on to interrupt my phone service and that I would like my current phone to function as it should until I had time to transfer everything to my new phone and get it set up. As soon as I left the store, I lost text messaging, internet, and almost every other function on my current phone other than out going calls. When I could finally get a hold of her at the store she denied any responsibility, put me on hold until after the store closed, and I had to spend the next 3 hours getting everything transferred to my new phone to restore service. Horrible experience !!

  It’s been about 4 months now, and since I never received a survey from AT&T, I wanted to take the time to recognize Emilio B. for his professionalism, and courteousness in renewing my faith with AT&T as I was about to switch to another cell carrier. I explained to Emilio the constant issues I was having with our phone plans, and the numerous amount of time spent with technical support, with no resolutions. Emilio consulted his manager immediately and proceeded to take action to resolve our issues with regards to data plan issues. Emilio was very thorough with his approach, by transferring one phone number at a time. Then we thoroughly tested to confirm that things were functioning properly. Then he proceeded to the remaining 3 lines and was able to resolve the problems that we had been experiencing for 3-4 months. Emilio, thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication to resolving our issues. You've truly made a difference for our family. The rest of the staff, including the manager were also very nice, friendly and helpful. If anyone ever has any issues with their AT&T services, please seek out the Richmond Rd Lexington KY location. They are superb in customer service and will listen to your needs; they will do their best to address any issues or concerns that you may have had in the past. Thank you again! Please keep up the good work!!! Our family truly appreciates you!!!

  I'm a new AT&T customer and so far my experience has been astounding! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this location!

  I have been with this company for years and I have never been treated this bad. The employee treated me like another sale when I upgraded to the iPhone x recently. The woman (Brianna) that handled my upgrade seemed so worried that I was going to change my mind that she couldn’t even wait 10 minutes for me to make sure I had all of my photos before turning off the service to my old phone. I know photos aren’t a big deal but it’s the principle of the situation. I made a point to tell her I wanted my photos because I didn’t want to lose them but she didn’t care. Me and my boyfriend asked multiple times about the machine that transfers photos, apps, and etc over. She finally went to get it and plugged up my old phone but told me it was going to take too long. She was acting like she couldn’t wait and completely rushed the entire process. Hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
