  I signed up for direct tv. Home internet and home phone on the 29th of March and installed April 11. When I signed up I was offered a 400$ gift card then 2 weeks aftert install I received my gift card and it was only for 100$. I have been fighting with att since then for the rest of my gift card and I have nothing but head aches since with att. If u r thinking about changing to att. Don’t do it. Don’t believe any promotions they r offering u

  We bought a pair of ear pods here and they didn’t work when we took them out of the box. We tried to return them and they say it’s an Apple problem, we go to Apple and they say it’s an AT&T problem. So moral of the story is DO NOT buy Apple products at AT&T.

  Came in to switch over from another carrier. I have vivid memories of this experience taking ages in the past so I was gearing up for a long visit, but the whole thing went amazingly smoothly. I came in and was helped right away by Danielle. She got my old service canceled and set my new service up, including a new phone, all in about 35 minutes. She even got the screen cover on my new phone perfectly! My new rates are half of what the old ones were and my service is so much better. Very happy camper.

  Awful customer service. After going through hours of talking to customer service about an online order issue, I was told by AT&T that I would need to make the order in a retail store. I recently went to this AT&T location to place my phone order as instructed to do so. As I explained to the employee what my situation was, he told me to disregard what the customer service told me over the phone, and to place the order online again. I tried multiple times to explain to the employee that the phone order would need to be made IN STORE, but he refuses to hear and said “just do the online order again”. Well, I did as he instructed. Well, here we are again. My order is (not surprisingly) messed up, and it will be at least a month until my order arrives. I highly recommended avoiding this location at all cost. For whatever reason, that employee did NOT want to help a customer TRYING TO GIVE THEM MONEY.
