  I am a customer, but despise the service. In my opinion, they need to provide their employees with incentives so they are more competent

  Went just to get a prepaid sim. All ended well in the 10mins visit. Staff is helpful and friendly.

  I came this store on 10/21/17 to buy a new SIM card because of my old SIM card not working very well. Carolina was helping for that but she ended up remove my old wireless plan that I have been on for more than 10yrs since may 2007. I have to spend more than 2 hours just waiting for her to call ATT customer service, her boss...to get my old plan back. Unfortunately, my old plan isn't available anymore. They finally moved my plan to a plus package that I will pay more without my expectation. The bad services ever in all my 10 years of living in the US.

  Pat helped me out on the floor, and was fantastic! Walked me through all the different plans and what my options were. He didn't try to sell for the sake of selling. He found me exactly what I needed, and did everything he could to save money through the process. Lastly, he didn't let me leave without making sure everything worked properly. I never leave reviews, but thought his customer service made it worth my time. Thanks Pat!
