  Unhelpful and apathetic, Saturday 2 June 2018 4pm Could not care less about resolving problem with iPhone on their plan. Two men & female on duty with no other customer in store. Verizon store two blocks North was packed with customers. I can see why.

  I just recently switched to AT&T and they made the switch very easy. Not only that but its the most comfortable store to be spending time in. I got to sit on a couch and watch TV and charge my phone. So far, I'm enjoying the switch and I love this location.

  I Went in to return an item bought at a different AT&T store. The staff was very helpful and very nice.
