  Great store! Exceptional service. I've had so many issues the past few years with ATT but the Manager Steven has gone above and beyond to resolve everything for me. He's made himself available anytime I've needed him. I've since moved across the country and he's still the only one I trust and the only reason I'm still with AT&T

  Disappointed in service after initial set up. My husband and I set up new account for cell phones then were talked into bundling by signing up for cable service with them (with incentives by manager). We initially declined but as the deal sweetened by manager with $$ gift cards we thought well why not. We had had a terrible time with cable set up. We were frustrated and returned to store to discuss situation. We met with an associate who spoke to manager we worked with the day we signed up. Manager, Octavia wanted nothing to do with us today, but was all about us when trying to sign us up. Disappointing, and we won't be going with them for cable service. now bc of all the issues and poor ability to troubleshoot.

  This location and management will not take care of their customers. Came in 2 days in a row with the screen protector falling off the series 3 Apple Watch. They replaced the 1st time because I found it when it fell off. The very next day the 2 nd one falls and can’t find it. So do NOT purchase the screen protector for the Apple Watch. It’s garbage. Spent $30 on the POS.

  When we arrived they had us check in. We stepped aside and watched the screen with our name on it. It was busy so we were patient but then suddenly our name disappeared from the list on the screen. No one ever called our name or assisted us and eventually my husband had to track down the lady checking people in and she had no clue. Several more employees were called over but no one stepped up to assist us and they wanted to put our name back on the bottom of the list to wait some more. We objected and finally another employee walked up and offered to help. Once he did, everything went smoothly. If he hadn't, I shudder to think of how messed up our phone service could have been by one of the several unwilling employees.

  Zero Stars really. Be careful and know what you’re getting into. Do your research and check out different stores first before a your final decision. If you’re a female and look wealthy be very careful they will get over on you. I was told by 2 AT&T employees that I was taken advantage of. My bill was $900 but I was told that there would be credits and my bill really wouldn’t be $900. But in actuality I have to pay $900. And I’m only revealing one part of the story. The manager offered no help except explaining what she didn’t explain even though I’m still stuck with a HUGE bill. He offered no credits although AT&T customer service line told me they would because of the lack of professionalism and truth.
