  Best staff in town. I read the reviews below and had a great experience in store. Yes there was a wait but it should be expected going into the store during lunchtime. I had a couple issues with ATT and they were able to call their back office team and I was taken care of! I would highly recommend this store over the others in San Antonio.

  I totally wasted my entire lunch break in this store. The manager began helping me, then stopped and helped someone else that came in after me. Then she started helping me again but repeatedly got up to help other people. She did this at least three or four times. Seems she only wants to help with the easy things or signing customers in to the ever increasing waiting list. I accomplished absolutely nothing in this store. I won't be going there again. Much better service at The Quarry.

  Great store. Very helpful staff that did not act as if I was waisting their time by asking questions.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any att store came first then a customer and they totaled ignored me and took the next customer the manager is helping me and walked away to help another client STAYY AWAY FROM THIS ATT BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH YU GUYS FOR MORE THEN 8 years and never have had an experience like this one.

  Employees were somewhat helpful but not so much. Could have provided better customer service. Employee sat there slumped and barely wanted to move. I felt like I had to pry info out of her. If you dont like the job then leave. AT&T service is expensive; customers deserve better.
