::We have our store set up with AT&T at this location and 5 months later, our service got suspended because they set up our account with a different location. For 5 months, we have been paying for other people's service and our service has been paying by others. I really don't know what to say when I spend an hour calling AT&T customer service. Luckily, Linda Jackson, a customer service representative from AT&T helped me restarted the service without charge. I am still waiting for the billing investigation and I wouldn't mentioned who set up our account at this AT&T location even though I still has his name card. But this location manager saw this post and would like to contact me. Please leave a reply under and I will let you know the employee who damage the reputation of this AT&T store.

::We called initially to cancel our internet with AT&T . The AT&T representative told us not to cancel because they can give us a bundle with home phone ,Internet,cable for $110. It sounded great so we did the bundle . After a month we got a bill for $169. That's not the bill we were told we would get for the bundle . We called and the AT&T representative told us they don't know why we were told $110 and that we would have to pay the amount of $169 because that's the correct amount .. Bottom line to all this is AT&T lied about there price and they will not take responsibility for there employed wrong doing .. If your considering getting AT&T be ready to not pay what you expect . They will steal money from you .
