  This is my first time in AT&T and I must say that my experience was GREAT. I bought a prepaid plan, but it didn't work in my device, so they quickly offered me a solution. I wanted to thank the AT&T team, especially to those who directly helped me: Nikos and Sergio. With nice people like this, they just gained a happy customer :)

  Nobody greeted me when I entered to the store. I waited about 20 minutes nobody approached me. Another customer came after me. He went directly to a desk where a store associate was helping a customer. He added his name to waiting list before I did!

  Great staff, relaxed excellent presentation of products and services. The staff is young, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about products.

  Needed to get a phone replaced through an insurance claim. Tarik was extremely patient and helpful, making the process as easy as it could be given the circumstances. Cannot recommend both him and the store highly enough!
