  Small place in prime area...more of waiting for ur token, but employees here are courteous.

  They went above and beyond to help me with my purchases. I had a problem with my account. They made sure all was resolved. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer gets what they need.

  Horrible service and indifferent attitude by Miguel Martinez and staff. Was given the run-around when trying to resolve an issue. The store told me to contact customer care, while customer care said that only the store could help me. After several hours on the phone with customer care and 3 in-store visits the issue still wasn't resolved. And I was forced to continue working on it from abroad after paying full price for the phone - $625. Total nightmare don't go there!

  This place is a SCAM, crooked and liar. Don't go there. The sale person(Marcus) lied to me about the plan that's NOT FREE. They wouldn't take a return if I didn't pay another $90 return fee! They made me waited while my infant was waiting with me inside the stroller. They didn't tell me about 2 years contract whatsoever. The store manager is also crooked on the liar salesman instead of customer. if there is zero or minus 100, I will never even given one star here. This is The worst store ever and I have never bothered to give any reviews but people need to know about this place.
