  Been here twice, and got excellent attention. When getting a new phone and adding an extra line. Wait time is expected, as is not just a corner store where you grab a bag of chips.

  the worst customer care representatives ever. wasted the hell lot of time and still could not resolve the issue. they tell customers that keep on waiting and don't say a word or we might kick you out!!

  They don't care about customers waiting
