  The store manager there I believe her name is Stephanie, was very patient with me as she helped me move on my info from my old phone to the new one after trying to figure out my passwords so many times. Your awesome!

  I see that this location has a pretty good bunch of reviews, but my experience was anything but positive. The staff added several lines to my account which I did not authorize. There were a number of very shady things that happened, which resulted in a mess that took several hours and a real AT&T corporate store to fix. At the end of several hours of back and forth, I was still charged two "restocking fees" of $45 each ($90 total) for merchandise purchased the SAME DAY under FALSE pretenses. There was no management present, though I would like an opportunity to speak to the store manager or better, the owner. This store is lacking competence and a moral compass. Buyer, beware.

  I am not from the Houston area, but needed to go to an AT&T store for a new phone. I hesitated on going because of all of the bad reviews I came across. I finally told my husband he could choose whichever one he wanted. We ended up at the AT&T at 920 Studemont #700. Jae and Lupe were the retail sales consultants that attended us. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly welcoming. I walked out of that store with a new iPhone and a new iPad. Extremely satisfied with their assistant! I would definitely go back, if I needed to, and I certainly recommend this location to anyone in need of some good customer service. Thank you Jae and Lupe for all of your help! It’s very much appreciated! You two make a great team!
