::I have been with AT&T since I moved to Tucson I 1982 and never had a problem. I started having a problem (unable to send or receive messages or emails) with my phone back on Nov 2017, I went to this store to see what was wrong with it. I was told that i had to google the information to correct the issue. Then the tech started talking about how she could give me a great deal on Direct TV. I did not come in there for I info on Direct TV and did not want any info. Went home and googled but could not find out what was wrong with my phone. Waited a couple of weeks and went back to store and this time the tech told me I had to delete some pictures and some of my contacts and some of the apps I had on my phone so I could be able to receive and send messages and emails. This tech did help me to delete pictures, some contacts, and apps, but to her surprise that did not work. So now I have lost pictures, I can not replace because she thought that would help. When that did not work she started discussing the fantastic offers they had on Direct TV. I said "No, thank you" and left the store. I again went back in at another day thinking I would get someone who would help but this time I was told to call Tech Support that is why they get paid the big bucks. But she said she could show me a deals on Direct TV. I said no thank and left. Went home called Tech Support and spent 4 hours and they did not know why. But he was able to get me to be able to receive and send messages. Email I was told to call my email carrier. Last week I finally got frustrated with my phone cause nothing was working and I went back in to purchase a new phone. I waited about 30 minutes while the techs were helping other people, except one tech, the person she was helping was having a personal phone conservation while she sat there looking around and waiting for him to finish his call. Waste of her time. When the tech came to came over to help me I was shown 2 phones and was told that neither were on stock but "I could go to Best Buy down the street and purchase either phone there and bring it back and someone there would be able to set it up for me. So I went to Best Buy purchased a phone and went back to have it set up. Lo and behold the set up was not done correctly. The tech only transferred only my pictures and contacts were set up. I still have a phone not complete set up correctly and not working properly and have a very bad impression with AT&T. I would not recommend this store to any one.

::I can't stay away from a cell phone store. I love getting a new phone and service that beats the competition. We used to be on Verizon, but switched to AT&T for the price difference. The unlimited data is absolutely fantastic. Only downside is that they throttle down your speed after you use too much. (Kind of goes against the idea of unlimited, doesn't it?) The store was clean and the staff was nice. The sales guy was pretty pushy, which always puts me off. If I'm going to buy a phone, I will. If not, I won't. Get out of my face. My recommendation, if you can wait a week, is to order everything online or over the phone. Take the time to talk through everything you want and really understand what you're getting. You can do that from the comfort of your home, and there's no one hassling you about buying something.

::We're very happy here . Don't be alarmed if Thy can't get to right away . Because from time to time Thy get really busy . Thy spend the time with ya and if you need to go back doit . Just remmber many options to entertainment your phone the number goes on and on .were very happy with this store

::I think this is one of the best Cellular stores I’ve been to (and I’ve been to a lot). Luis is the best representative I’ve ever had, he has always gone above and beyond with helping me and my family. I’m glad I switched to AT&T
