  Horrible experience at this location. I have been here before and was able to upgrade my phone and fix any other issues quickly and efficiently. I went yesterday and dealt with a customer service rep. Joshua. Very arrogant and unprofessional. He was so concerned on up selling me with anything he could think of he made a major mistake and blamed the mistake on me. He even wanted to pay for the mistakes he made. Very unhappy with the service I received. If you go to this location don’t waste your time with Joshua wait for someone else.

  I went to this place to pick up prepaid SIM. The shop is pretty organized. The agent at the counter provided the plans, but was not updated with the latest plans. We showed them the plan on the internet and then they confirmed from some place else. It took some time to fill up the formalities forms. Overall it was a nice experience

  Evelyn is amazing! We have been using her for years She is so knowledgeable and is so helpful. She cares about my family and always does the right thing by us. Would never go anywhere else
