  Walked into the AT&T store tonight at Grossmont mall at 7:40 pm and spoke to the representative “Niko” he was emptying the trash and said “fuc* I just closed out my drawer” I asked if they were open until 8 and he replied with “what did you want?” I gave him the info and he asked which phone I wanted “black or white?” Then “fuc* I don’t have black” I said white then... then he went to text on his phone and came back to say he couldn’t help me. WOW... by far the worst customer service ever. This is the AT&T directly across from Daniel’s Jewlers.

  Both at&t stores closed 20 mine early on a Saturday night. I am so upset about this cause I rushed over there and the men both looked at me like draw is closed! One hid in the back for a while saw me coming in. You call this customer service?? Horrible

  i had a series of questions that i had to ask and michael (the man who helped me) knew all of them. *5 stars* Update: i spent 2 hours there attempting to buy a sim and activate my new phone with my old number. The issues are still not resolved and my new phone remains unable to use data *down to 3 stars*

  Nico was horrible. Rude. Argued with us. Told another customer he didn't want to deal with us. I can't believe he has his job still. He lied and being able to do something at the beginning then refused to do so later. Will never come back.
