  VERY DISSAPOINTED. I went to get information on my phone and service. And I literally had to the tell the rep to put in my information in the system. Her name was Malika. (No name tag so excuse my spelling). I need to be able to walk into an ATT store be greeted with a smile and be helped adequately. I am constantly dissapointed at this location but it is the location closest to my job. This lack of good customer service does not make me feel valued as an ATT customer.

  Helpful staff with a very organized check in system. Went the weekend before Xmas and got the new SIM I needed in ten mins.

  Good afternoon, I went this afternoon to your location to ask one of the representative to assist me on my iPhone6 plus, you see my account was hacked last night and I had no idea, I was despaired, the gentleman his name is Jerome took the time out to help me, I am sincerely grateful for his assistance today, he also told me to take it easy when I left the store. Thank you Jerome.

  Great service and amazing staff support. Staff are friendly and helpful. One of them helped with the machine recharge.
