  The employees have always been amazing, they are what make a business. That is what makes AT&T's refusal to treat or pay its employees fairly all the more upsetting. I know that AT&T will hey no more of my money until they sign a fair contract, and I would encourage everyone else to do the same.

  For the sake of your time and money, better stay away from AT&T! Horrible customer service, I left the country indefinitely and try to cancel my number and transfer the family plan account to my friend. The whole process is the dumbest I ever experience, first they only transfer one number out of the old account (how silly is that) that I have to call again, and they told me that my friend needs to finish the transferring process before I can call the third time to get my number cancelled. It took TWO and HALF hours for the FIVE calls that my friend and I had to make, can you believe that? The worst part of it is that they charge you for the whole month even you only use ONE single day service, NO prorated refund! Thief AT&T, shame on the way you do business. I swear I will NEVER EVER use AT&T or recommend any person I know to use AT&T. I am just a weak customers, this is the only way I could protect my family and friends from giant company as AT&T.
